The District of Columbia Athletic Association (DCSAA) issued new information regarding the return to high school sports this week (Thursday, January 28, 2021). Please see the official statement from the DCSAA. In support of the DCSAA's decision, the PCSAA plans to provide a competitive Spring sports season. 

Please note: Per the Mayor of the District of Columbia, high school extracurricular sports activities and competitions are suspended for DC public schools, public charter schools, private schools and parochial schools during the Public Health Emergency, currently scheduled through March 17, 2021. No PCSAA schools are permitted to hold in person training, practices, or competitions at this time. The PCSAA Spring sports season will be tentatively set to begin on March 18, 2021. 

The PCSAA board is still evaluating Fall and Winter sports possibilities, as well as senior exposure events. Due to a shortened calendar, we will send surveys out concerning Fall and Winter sports shortly. Please be patient as we assess this and come to the best decision for our league.
